We at Helsingsborgs gummifabrik manufacture silicone profiles with a focus on high quality and flexibility. By combining our experience with a solid machinery park, we offer solutions tailored to your specific needs. These silicone profiles are used in a number of different industries where the unique properties of the material make it particularly suitable.
The silicone profiles are manufactured through extrusion and compression molding. This enables the production of silicone profiles in dimensions ranging from 0.6 mm to 46 mm outer diameter. We also offer profiled silicone strips that can be customized according to your drawings. For high-volume production and applications with tight tolerances, we use liquid silicone (LSR), which provides an optimal combination of precision and efficiency. Our profiles are used in a wide range of applications, such as:
- Seals and gaskets in demanding environments.
- Components for heating furnaces and other high-temperature applications.
- The food industry where the material's chemical stability and safety certificates are crucial.
