Adaptation and variation of materials
We use a variety of materials to meet our customers’ needs and requirements. The most common materials are silicone rubber, SBR, Hypalon, EPDM, nitrile and polyurethane. The choice of material is made in consultation with the customer, based on the specific product’s application and requirements for durability, chemical resistance and temperature resistance. Silicone, for example, can be adapted to meet different requirements depending on the application, making it a versatile material for products such as gaskets and seals.
For products that require extra durability or a special color of the coating, polyurethane is often used. Helsingborgs Gummifabrik also works with plastics and thermoplastic elastomers, which provides additional flexibility in the choice of materials. Through their wide range of materials, they can manufacture products that are adapted to different industrial environments and applications, ensuring functionality and durability in every project.
Silicone rubber
