COATED ROLLERS

Helsingborgs Gummifabrik offers rubber coating on rollers, driving drums and wheels.

Anything with a firm core can be coated with rubber!

Rubber coating is performed with different techniques depending on the application and your specification. Rubber sheets with different characteristics and patterns can be glued on to a roll, rubber can be vulcanised onto a metal core or our patented solution for shrinking rubber onto rollers can be used.

We are coating with: Silicone, SBR, Hypalon, EPDM, Nitril and Polyurethane.

The choice of material is made in consensus with the customer and considering in what application the product will be used.

Off course we also offer finishing of the products according to specs. for example by grinding, crowning and patterning.
